How 'in depth' are we talking? If it's "That guy's hot" - As above, ignore it. If it's a fully thought out analysis of attraction and a fantasy, it's time to pull away and start finding other women that you find attractive. Try making notes whilst you're out or make a journal, writing your experiences down when you get home. If you feel good on the night and only get anxious the day after, you can re-read what happened and how you felt and hopefully this will lift you up a bit and remind you how you can feel.

As above. It's good you've stopped masturbating but you also need to work out. If you can run for 30 minutes without stopping, you can stay hard until you can get inside her. This is the hard part.
