I think it's a video of Todd V picking up 3 girls talking at a park and interrupting them. It came up on Reddit recently though I couldn't remember on which sub. I'm not familiar with Todd or any coaches (I'm one of those who are new to this community yet already familiar with picking up women) but from what I heard, that awkwardness in the video was on purpose. He did it to demonstrate what not to do. Edit: Someone else posted on here. Here's the link. https://youtu.be/W6xSB73TuTY

The kind of report that this sub needs. Pretty true about not chasing, and interacting with others as normal. If she wants, she'll get back to you. If she doesn't, it has never affected you (hypothetical you) in the first place. Not gonna give any advice, just wanna say good stuff my dude.

It really is that simple to take the first step! Happy for you! Now you owe us an update!

With that mindset, even if you're physically attractive, none of these also work. Can't count how many times I stumble upon those "incel documentaries" on YT, thinking "What the hell, this dude is attractive. All he needs to do is get his life together, learn basic grooming and hygiene and ditch that self-sabotaging mindset". It's not over, my dude. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're here on this sub because a small part of you is working towards self-improvement that'…

I appreciate what OP is doing but honestly the how-to's are horrible and some of his examples are seemingly made-up. My takeaways are: 1) Don't invest in her more than she does in you (read: don't be clingy or put her on a pedestal). 2) Make sure you actually have values. 3) Make her "sell" herself to you (not literally, but trying to show you why you should want her). 4) Make her comfortable with you. 5) Stand your ground (eg don't be a yes-man who agrees with everything she says including nega…

He seems to be a rather articulated guy, if you ever watched his episode on the Joe Rogan podcast. He's also, in a way, being used by these girls. Sure he doesn't pay them, he doesn't need to. They flock him not only for the luxury he offers, but for the visibility he gives them. It must suck to realize none of the girls you're with are sincerely or genuinely attracted to you.

Nah you're not alone. For me there are generally two types of women I'm attracted to: the one I want to bond with, and the one I just want to fuck. The "model type" women you described are the latter. If they're right in front of me, I won't go out of my way to approach them if I don't feel the attraction, but if somehow they approached and asked to fuck then why not. There's nothing with not being attracted to them. Real attraction has to be genuine.

Don't. Just stay with your own interests. Besides, do you really wanna date someone who only knows about pop culture stuff but not much else? Obviously, be open to other things but never force it.

Good job my dude! You know what they say: you miss 100% of the shots you don't take! Time to ask her out!

Late but just wanna chime in. Fellow bad texter here, I feel ya. In fact I hate chatting outside of setting things up. But seems like it's necessary to learn in order to make online as a secondary source. Try this guide called Ice White Text Game... it's something along that line. I read it a while ago but haven't had the chance to test it yet. I like his "How spontaneous are you?" line that cuts right through the small talk. Might wanna check that out. Good luck out there, bud.

I fucking love your energy and chillness dude! Too many guys get their hopes too high early and it's nice to see your attitude about this. Feel free to keep us updated!

No sweat bro. I just shared my first approach if you want to read it. Nothing much other than sharing a silly first-approach story, but who knows it might motivate others out there.

The first approach is the most nerve wrecking, and so will the second, and the third... etc. By the way that didn't count as first approach since you backed out. ;) Looking forward to see you report your first approach on here soon, buddy! You can do it!

Huh, very good advice. Never thought of this. To me it's the little things like this that are important to take note of. Many thanks.

Oh man. I feel you although to be fair I was a kid when I grew up in 1K - 5K small towns. But it's just your hometown which you no longer live in, right?

Fuckin A, my man. Feel free to keep us updated with more approaches or subsequent dates and what-not.

Keep posting my dude. Every encounter, failed or not, is worth sharing.

I feel you. Just googled Bariloche, apparently the population is around 100K. My hometown is around that, so whenever I'm here my social growth is stunted. There's just nothing much going on and it is much less interesting than other similar sized towns in the world.

Interestingly, that dude is "going his own way" yet visits this sub and gets salty seeing OP's confidence. And talking as if OP is oblivious to the rejection.
/r/seduction19/11/19 09:49 AM

My dude! You got a few extra kilos from those balls of steel you're carrying around. Also she seems like a very nice girl! Also why are some of you being too harsh on the OP? She's obviously not interested, so what? You're saying stuff as if OP is oblivious to that fact. You want OP to learn to approach or not? At least he did it. Nothing wrong with a rejection. Only thing missing is his FR.
/r/seduction19/11/19 09:37 AM

Even when you meet a girl in a party for example. You can say hi to her, exchange a couple sentences and then just leave with "enjoy your night" after less than a minute. Then a couple hours later you come back and say "how is your night going ?" and now you'll feel the connection is stronger because it's not the first time you meet. Guys, keep note of this excellent example.
/r/seduction16/11/19 05:16 AM

Important to note that if OP is looking for a committed relationship, it's not wise to go with someone who'd dump her boyfriend for him, as she might do the same to OP in the future. If he's just looking to fling, then it's a different story.
/r/seduction12/11/19 07:11 AM

Dude, do another future FR if you meet her again. Wish this report gained more traction to see what others think.

I use Polo Ultra Blue because it seems like a safe bet as my first cologne. Smells nice (but not "thick") and affordable. So far so good, I use it only on special occassions or going out for meetups.

What about her friends though? Were they cute?
/r/seduction10/11/19 08:15 AM

Oh damn. You have a point. I mean it's just texting. Doesn't really reflect who I really am. Just got back into dating, so I'm a little overwhelmed haha.

How to start a convo, continue a convo, pick up a cold convo, spark sexual.interest, set up a date, etc. etc. That's a good start, thanks! My takeaway from a lot of suggestions here is that, online dating shouldn't be my main way to meet women. Or at least, people like me. There's just not much initial connection, and it feels as uncertain to me as it is to her. I'll see how I progress and report to this sub now and then.
/r/seduction05/11/19 10:47 PM

Yup agree with you. That's what I'm trying to learn, start a small texting banter that opens up further topic options for the meetup.
/r/seduction05/11/19 10:43 PM
1

Oh wow. There's a whole ballgame with online dating it seems. I'll just treat it as a side I guess, and do cold approach. I've done approaches before but never cold approach. It was always someone I know a little bit beforehand. Edit: Wait my first ever approach was actually a cold approach! Holy shit! I just realized that now!

I have 24 hours to reply to this chat though, otherwise it'll expire. She looks cute but I'm not really putting much hope into meeting her (I already moved away from that city), but what can I do to make use of this as a short practice?
/r/seduction05/11/19 02:44 PM

Fail forward. That's some good shit right there! Thanks mate! People always talk about 2 steps backward, 3 steps forward, but if you move forward 2 steps and pushed back 3, you'll eventually get there if you keep moving (I'm gonna credit the funk band Vulfpeck for this analogy).

Thanks! Oh good question, perhaps you can help me evaluate my current social life. I was in a bad spot, and mostly isolated myself, so my social circle growth was stunted a bit. I enjoy being alone, so I don't have any cliques, but I do have different friend groups. My social circle right now is admittedly small, but I'd like to expand that. In that city, I have a bunch of individual friends, mostly lady friends (ex-collegemates, gradschool-mates) who often make an effort to invite me out for so…

And thank you for your insight! Ah I was kinda bummed out at first, but at least I know I didn't do creepy stuff that drove her off. Eventhough our exchanges were brief (around 5 back and forth "turns") we had a pretty good banter and she was responsive. It's just that I knew I couldn't really connect without meeting in person. Oh well.
/r/seduction31/10/19 05:07 AM

Thanks! I was trying to give that chill vibe too, but it was admittedly out of a little desperation. But still it was me being myself. This is why I don't like texting because I cannot convey my emotions/moods. The comments are good but let's not overanalyzed them I guess.
/r/seduction30/10/19 09:36 PM

I think I'd like to stick with "No problem, thanks for informing me" because I feel like not responding makes it seem like I'm butthurt. Obviously instead of that, or no response, I tried to initiate another date which showed my desperation. I guess I was just trying to be "clever" at the moment (by making a quick plan because I was leaving that night), but now I realized how stupid that was. Also agree on the statement over question!
/r/seduction30/10/19 08:54 PM

True, but I suck a texting, and didn't wanna be too eager by texting often, and also I had stuff to do and meeting people and going out, no time to text her. I agree with your last point! This is my first dating app experience. Before this, it was always "meet in person, get number" kind of interaction which allowed me to build a connection. They never flaked, but then again, I had a small sample size, like 6-7. I was in college.
/r/seduction30/10/19 08:23 PM

No idea honestly, but I didn't wanna be her texting buddy before even meeting her. Besides she often replied super late, so there wasn't a good conversational flow we had.
/r/seduction30/10/19 08:22 PM
3

It wasn't an actual offer to hear her vent, because we already created a small banter on her being exhausted by work. It was more like, let's chat. I guess I gotta be careful with my choice of words. Been out of it for a bit, honestly. Thanks for your detailed explanation, I appreciate it!

Actually I was lucky. A few days before that a friend of mine went out with me and she kept taking nice pictures of me. Before that I had ZERO good photos. They make a huge difference. Sadly in the online dating world, having good pictures is important.

It is not a great idea. Imagine someone texting you everyday asking how you're doing. You haven't even made any connection with him, now all you think of him is that he's a creep. Why two weeks though? Seems a little too long. Genuine question. As for me I usually set it within a week, preferably Friday night, or Saturday, or Sunday (during the day only). For this date, we set it on a weekday because I was about to leave the city. I knew the flake chance was high but I had no choice.
/r/seduction30/10/19 07:04 PM

Now that I think about it, there are various reasons for flaking. 1) They can hide behind the screen, so they tend to flake easily. 2) They (women) have a lot of choices so they might flake on you to see another guy. 3) It's just for validation. Set up a date, watch the guy put an effort, then flake on him because there was never any intention to show up in the first place. 4) Less commonly talked about: There's a lack of connection. You can't call through dating apps, texting is the norm. You n…

Probably not a great idea. Makes you sound super needy, especially if the planned date is days ahead.

I used to use the line "No problem, thanks for informing me" and leave it at that. But yea I fucked up right there, but it's a much needed fuck-up.

Err where we come from it means late night eating, it's a totally normal thing here. Also this is the weirdest thing I ever read today, all loud but without substance.

Absolutely, after being in a rut, part of me still tried to make it work, but still tried not to sound desperate. I'm glad I did that, I relearned right away.
/r/seduction30/10/19 04:02 PM

Thanks! I felt maybe I should've stopped right there, but being 2 years out, I got carried away, and so thought I could maybe make it work without sounding desperate or butthurt. Suffice to say, I learned my lesson tonight haha.

For sure my mate. All these provide challenges for me, including dating. Aha, I think this sub is a good place for me to restart.
/r/seduction30/10/19 02:16 PM

Thanks mate! Yeah I've been in a rut. Seen this sub before but didn't know much, although I was in the casual dating pool back then. I think this should be a great place to restart.
/r/seduction30/10/19 02:15 PM

Yeah, I was a little invested, I felt like I could make it work. 2 years in a rut does that haha. But I'm happy because there are some things I still remember. Thanks mate! Edit: I dunno why you got downvoted. Solid advice, might not be the best choice of words though.
