1	How can I improve my game at work I think a good way to establish communication for such a case (when you work together and do something in common) is: Demonstrate kindness, courtesy and helpfulness. Behave with the ladies as the gentleman. Helping someone. Run a piece of work for someone OR lift something heavy if weak girl can't do it by herself.
