Tell her you're a virgin, but do not be ashamed of this. Say these words with an expression as if you admit that you seduced 100 women and smile. Is not important virginity or something else, it is important your attitude to it, be confident, do not be shy.

It is not so easy to overcome shame. This is due to beliefs, self-esteem, while a person considers himself and others people, it is difficult to change. I think you need a lot of practice and gradually change yourself or pass special courses of NLP or pickup training and get help to change your mind more quickly with professional trainers.

If the problem is really only in the fear of sex / touching, then I think the easiest and quickest way to resolve this - to try sex with a prostitute. Maybe once is enough, if not, try a few times. This should reduce the importance of sex for your subconscious. If you hesitate to do it, you can try to buy a prostitute in the company of your friends.

I think a good way to establish communication for such a case (when you work together and do something in common) is: Demonstrate kindness, courtesy and helpfulness. Behave with the ladies as the gentleman. Helping someone. Run a piece of work for someone OR lift something heavy if weak girl can't do it by herself. Give useful advice to the beginners (if your experience is larger) I think it's cause sympathy of co-workers, especially if they are girls, girls love when a guy gives them assistance…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
