Dude in Oregon, DV charges deemed Assault II carry a mandatory 70 month sentence, AKA 6 fucking years. And in Oregon, they also like to throw Coercion in the charges too, and that's either 5 years probation, and still a felony charge, or 5 years in prison plus up to $125,000 in restitution, or a combination of the 3. So don't sit there and say You don't face 4 years for "simple battery" Cause in Oregon, "simple battery" is Assault II.
