C'mon now. The male player archetype is definitely elevated. To the point where I guarantee most people who claim to look down on players are viewed as jealous. This is because it's hard to be a player

Yeah, so that works great for the LGBT and woke community and I would probably agree with you that everyone should approach trans people like that, but it’s just not a reality. The reality is that every time a non-trans person interacts with a trans person, we are thinking about them as being different. Y’all just don’t have the population numbers, like I’ve never even been friends with a single trans. You do have a lot of power tho over speech somehow

No, it’s really not. There are definitely trans women who don’t pass as women

In terms of how you phrased it, that would also be relieving for the guy. But doesn’t OP kinda sound like he was relieved that a girl in general, not his specific girl, liked him back? As though that had never happened before

So, you two were together for a week. You didn’t really know her. You used the term (or she used the term) love. Sorry, but you didn’t love her and she didn’t love you. I’m not saying it would’ve never happened, but no, it simply doesn’t happen in a week. A week is nothing. A blip on the radar. You can’t build anything in a week, let alone a loving relationship. You were infatuated with her. She fulfilled something deep inside you, namely your desire to be understood and wanted. So it’s totally …

I mean personally I would never want to be in a relationship where my behaviors are extrapolated solely in the context of the other person’s politics. Like y’all are supposed to be in a relationship. Imo relationships should supersede something as vague and inactionable as politics, esp identity politics

I think men and women are probably both oppressed, in different ways. But if you’re questioning whether men can’t be oppressed, then you know nothing about, for example, family court outcomes (literally systemic sexism) Women’s greatest claim to oppression is probably their infantilization. The problem with that though is that SO many women actually benefit from being viewed as fragile. In fact, you definitely understand that women are fragile otherwise you wouldn’t feel the need to “protect” th…
