Seeing as how were slaves to work and women. I'd think we're objects, not really people.

Five years, that's it? Some other guy spent 10 years in jail because of her lying ass. She gets 5?

So women have the luxury to plan their lives, men don't. In case you all haven't figured it out yet, men are slaves. Being a man is getting a job and working for you entire life for your children and wife. I'll never get married.
/r/MensRights26/08/15 06:13 PM

No, he cannot. That's the law bud. Men go to jail for most of their prime because a 16 year old cannot. Neither can a 16 year old male.

As some one else posted. The same judge sentenced a man that commited the same crime to 20 years. Mandatory must serve the 20. This is a huge pussy pass. Like gigantic. You know how to keep a shitty system? Make half the people think it's okay. Here, the half is women. They think it's completely just, but they also don't even go to prision. Wtf?

Ever ask women for advise. They just keep on with the pedestal mentality. Ask a guy for advise on women.

This is excessive use of force. The cop should be fired and made an example of with charges. I don't care about the girl, she's a dumbass. But I care about my safty. Cops like this don't need to be on the street

Yes it does deserve getting punched in the face. I hate being touched. It's demoralizing. You may like to be pushed around like a putz, but alot of people dont. We don't go around putting our hand on people because of this exact response. Some people really don't like it. How do you suggest this skinny little dude gets his sense of person and self respect back? You think it fair for some trashy giant nigger ape woman to run around putting her hands on men all day? I'd punch that bitch in the fac…

Never listen to a girl for advise. Their all morons. Espically entitled little hoes that think they have some wisdom to give. Girl your a little kid. Shut your mouth and go read a book. And not every guy is trying to get in your pants.

They were just talking about that at the republican convention earlier. It just shows how crouched in republicans are. Just because you don't know a single person doesn't mean 70 percent of the people arnt with you... It mean you know no one.
/r/MensRights19/04/15 02:35 AM
3

Yes your cynical but most times I consider cynics as just honest. I was listening to a republican convention today on CSPAN and I was shocked at how straight forward they were. The convention was on how to be likable to people and what to say to connect to the average voter. It was not about the current state of affairs and what is good for the government.
/r/MensRights18/04/15 09:52 PM

I agree, I think we will end up with a super majority like with Obama. You can tell because republicans took the house and the senate. I am worried that people are going to vote for her just because they want to see a woman president. And that's just not a good reason. I wouldn't mind Elizabeth warren but she may be too progressive.

No, this can be said for men sometimes too. An underage victim can never be the criminal. Our laws are set up to not charge the youth in this situation. The victim can't also be the accused. Here, the kids were the victim. The adult initiated intimate contact with the children. Not the children forced them selves on the woman. They are underage so she statutorily raped them. I guess there's a possibility that no one wants to press charges or say it didn't happen. But it doesn't look like that wi…

Even if the guy is the dad it's fucked up. I am a single parent and I don't believe in the child support system at all. It dosent help parents come together and raise a child, it just forces one parent who either dosent want to be there or isn't there to ou for something that they get no benefit from. It's bad enough that the court system rips away the child from the father. What better than to make him work 18 years and never give him visitation to help support the child. It's utter bull shit. …

That's actually a pretty good article. It basically says there's nice sexism too. Like giving women extra time to answer and being unusually nice. So it's like sexism that appears to be beneficial, but treating adult women like children is actually hurting the sex.

Yea, at the risk of being down voted: you get drunk and act like and idiot, expect to be treated like one. Sure it may piss you off to be slapped by a chick. But right there, you deserved it. I'm never on the woman's side. But here he just looks like a belligerent fuck. Fuck him.

Sexual Harrasment law suits are free for the plaintiff, you. They will sue if they think you can win and take 33% of the winnings. The question is, we're you harmed? Go see a personal injury lawyer that specializes in sexual harrasment. They will tell you if you have a case and help you find the proper direction to take this in.

The justice system not seeking charges does not indicate whether or not fighting is apart of a sport. There is no question whether or not fighting is apart of football. Literally none. It's not in the sport. They throw a ball and catch it. Then run it into a zone. No fighting. And it's not like hockey, where there needs to be at least 2 fights to keep people happy. And it's not like baseball where they rush the field. There's literally NO fighting in the sport. And one of the best ways to show i…

There shouldent be any ramifications for revenge porn, at all. You let someone make a video of you, it's likley to end up online. Women should be treated like adults. Not children that arnt responsible for their actions. This is absurd. People own the pictures and video they take. The subject of the video or picture does not own it or get to say what to do with it.
/r/MensRights03/12/14 11:12 PM
5

Lol, really? If it were treated like slander then nothing would happen. Slander must be a lie. If your not lying there is no slander, thus no case. To obtain a remedy in law, there must be a legal theroy to rest it on. I think it relates because online porn is not slander and couldent be applied.

That wasent excessive. No head stomping. Not punched 50 time. One dude, one chick. Not 5 on 1. He tosses her to the side and smacks her on the face. He probabally just scratched her. Yea that shirt wasent appropriate at all. But i thought it was kinda cool. If I saw a woman with tons of men on her shirt, I dunno what I would think. If it was cool like that shirt, then cool. I certainly don't find the shirt tasteful. And it's not something I would wear. But to each their own. The shirt was personally made for him. And clothing is freedom of expression. The point is that there is no time for the attitude. This policy is to deter cheeky comments. It speeds up the process. The finding of contempt is necessary. The state demands respect. All judges are obligated to hold a person in contempt for disrespecting the sovereign. The judge was literally just doing his job. And he was generous to the girl.

Ah, dude. That was a Spanish judge. She was being a smart ass at minimum. At most she's being a racist prick. Yes, she said adios. It was disrespectful to the Court. The judge is obligated to hold her in contempt. Audacity impertinent cheeky. In a court room, snarky attitudes can literally ruin your life. The court demands respect. The state demands respect. They are the sovereign. Making snarky cheeky remarks has no place in are court room. The court is taking the high road here. I'm sorry your…

She said she was rich. The judge imposes the law. The law is a fine. If she is rich, then she can pay the 5,000 dollar fine. A judge does not have time for this. Literally, the judge sits there all day issuing bond. The judge is going to listen to the story, and issue judgment based on your situation. The best example is if you really are rich, your bail for assault may be 100,000 instead of 10,000 because a rich person needs the extra loss to show up for court. There is no time for this crap. I…

Rational basis scrutiny ends up justifying any violation against a protected class as long as there is some state interest and the means are some how tailored to maybe reach the state interest. Ah this is no where near my area, I'm really reaching to speak on the topic. Nevertheless, is this a state school? Even if, what do you think an action would look like? Given the Courts history, wouldent some ad hock explanation for their action justify when using rational basis?

Wow. The female hitler. It all sounds good till your actually doing it. Then your like wtf is going on. It's the same concept for democratic and socialist society's. It sounds good until you DO IT. For example: Obama Care. It's just fucking stupid. Good idea, but fucking retarted. Kinda like stalin. Or hitler. Or feminism. Or equality (which fucks up relationships and causes clear confusion in the world of gender)

The purpose is to deter any criminal activity. Basically, dont be a criminal or youll be charged with stuff that diddnt happen. Although, I doubt and bona-fide criminal thinking, "hey, maybe I shouldn't rob this bank because my partner will loose it and shoot a teller." The law just ends up convicting people that didn't commit a crime. This is just one other example of how the American system is built to incarcerate men.

Yea that's what happened. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Holle The rule dosent make much sense. Did you know that during the comission of a felony if a cop shoots and kills one of your accomplices you will get charged for murder.

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Holle Your article is misleading. I could tell just from the read. I diddnt need to look it up. But for my indlugence: Like I said, ryan was involved in the conspiracy. Meaning he discussed the crime, knowledge, and he gave them a tool to commit the robbery. Thus, there is a conspiracy to commit armed robbery. That is a felony. Now any murder as a result of the crime is charged to him. Thus, felony murder rule. It's a classic criminal law. I don't know why you…

No, but the guy must have had to know about the plan or something. I mean, this is a serious case of injustice. The felony murder rule is during the commission of a felony. So like, conspiracy to commit robbery and supplying the vehicle would qualify for the felony rule. I believe there is more to this case.

You have the right not to testify. It dosent mean you have to use it. And it is the persons choicw, not the spouses. So the right cannot be used as a gag order.

No see. Having sex and doing drugs with a minor is a felony. It is rape and So anything that happened during the comission of a felony is charged to both parties. And is prosecuted just as vigorously. The best example is a two man armed robbery when one of the robbers shoots and kills the victim being robbed. The robbery is a felony, although only commited by one person the murder will be charged to both of the suspects. The argument that one is actually responsible is crazy. It would never work…

This just shows women are as stupid as men. I mean that mma fighter talking about hitting women for being bitches. And this, men "know your place." It just makes me sick. There is so much ignorance. To think that speaking or acting these ways towards any person makes me sick.

Sorta like, your job means nothing, it's all fake, I can't believe you diddnt know. You down voted me for a friend's refrence. I do believe I will go cry now.

You know, they say if women ruled the world, there would be no war. If women ruled the world, there'd be no men.

There's just not enough guys on the band wagon. We're treated like dogs and, just like dogs, we're okay with it. I am not the best speaker because, I am probably just not. But we need some one to rally togther and fix these injustices. I'd say start with the whole cop and jail thing. This is a huge area in American society where men are actively being opressed. People, men and women, do dumb shit. As long as their not a danger to other people, non violent crimes, then we do not need to lock peop…

This just shows how stupid the law is. People should not be going to jail for fucking their students. At least, not any more than a couple of months. Teachers are placed in a position of trust for the comminity. Not just kids. We expect the teacher is not fucking our children. If the law is violated, maybe a month would be in order. Then ruin their carrer. No more job. This is an example of midevil laws that treat women and sex as property. Since we're trying to move away from seeing women as ob…

Shouldn't the 15 year old girl be charged with possession of child porn if she has a video of this guy's cock? She's 15, he's 17, their both minors. Guys are getting fucked in the ass these days.
