I also feel like instead of finding what to say to women, learn to accept rejection, the moment rejection doesn't bother you everything becomes flow state and you only get used to rejection after being rejected a million times. I mentally trained my brain to treat any woman who is not my type like a dude, it helped me so much stop putting women on a pedestal, it is the overthinking that makes you go blank trying to say the 'right' things but if you are able to redirect the focus and then talk and think really slow it helps.
