If these guys came forward, they would be subjected to the stereotyping and shaming that characteristically follows all sexual assault victims. “He was asking for it.” “He was committing a crime. Most of the articles I’ve found have a lot of emotional baggage, and are very light on the facts. Could you please provide a source for your claims? It is unfair for you to complain about my source, and then provide claims without one. I’m also very confused about what you are claiming in regards to the video evidence. To my knowledge, the video was filmed the group and shows she was having consensual sex with one of the accused. The video evidence, to my knowledge, is that multiple people recording the woman having sex with one of the men. The claim that the woman is making is that after the recording the men gang raped her. Does the video evidence show that the woman left the room unharmed and that no rape occurred? To my knowledge, all the video shows is that the men had complete disregard for her and filmed her having sex without her consent. If you have any sources on the DNA/physical assessments that were done, it would help to change my position on this topic.
