Thank you so much for your support! I have a lot of coworkers and friends out raged over the situation. I completely agree with what you said, and it has me shocked altogether Someone has suggested that I was wanted out by the management. I don't see it, but it's a new perspective. I'd like to say this girl has done it out of spit. And the owner has put too much weight into her complaint because she is a girl. Edit. I also helped this girl out by picking up a host shift, a position beneath me.

Thanks, I appreciate your comment and perspective. I've mention to a few others that I was just trying to gain perspective on the situation. I'm support be my coworkers in how it was unfair. But this sub has made me realize the lesson to be learned, and how I should've known better. Also, long time lifter. Hit the gym extra hard today, got a bit of the frustration of the situation out of me. So much easier to keep frame after a lift.

Maybe in a more formal environment. However I would gladly record how uncomfortable a particular male employee is, because females touch him, try to create fissures in his relationships, and has him afraid to go to certain coworker events because of a group of females getting away with harassment. This things flies easily. Rape and sexual harassment isn't taken seriously whenever a man makes his case against a female.

Most appreciated on your comment. I've worked at a lot of places, and look forward to moving into a new industry whenever I finish college. Yes a restaurant career is laughable. I've already got a few places lined up, it just sucks that it's put me behind all on account that this one person, out of the hundreds of coworkers that I've been inappropriate to, has thrawted my plans, and has given me a situation to practice my frame.

It was a lesson well learned. I have the support of those in my life, and with that I might even get my job back. However I'm glad to see TRP's perspective on this. As a man I should've known better.

Thanks for your support. I wasn't looking for sympathy. Just to see how in the wrong I really was. I have all the support of my friends, coworkers, and management. But it's nice to see the male-empowerment community sees it in a different view, and how right they are.

Thanks for the support man. It's sad I had to leave that close group of coworkers. But I planned on doing so after college anyway. It's funny how I never considered being a "professional server" before, but I suppose it's time to be one to everyone, not just the guests.

I've taken the most from your comment. I knew that this sub was critical, and trying to take the most from their critism. I'm in college and looking for so much more from my life. It's easy to move to a new place. And I'm happy I learned this lesson in professionalism now then later.

I'm twenty two. My own place and bills. Completely independent. The accuser is 18. In high school and probably has no idea what situation she put me in. It's hard trying to go to college and all this without this wrench in my plans. Thank you for the support. I am have something to learn from this for sure!

I live with the manager. He's a good friend of mine, and is so much more vulgar in the work place. He has given me insight on the situation and thinks it's bullshit. I believe I mentioned that I contribute more to the business than she does. She is a constant problem maker. But there is nothing to be Done for me, even though worse takes place everyday in that restaurant. Just because something is normal doesn't give you protection from it.

I completely agree with the OP. Video games aren't constructive in the sense of well spent time. It does improve brain functions depending on the games you play. But I'm not quite sure in what way they do. I keep my video game time to a minimum. Maybe a couple hours a week. I true to have my "fun time" with books. I feel like that source if entertainment is much more constructive, gratifying, and fatigueing. After a couple hours of reading my brain feels likes it's gotten its own work out, then …

I'll probably make a more researched post later. Their theory makes a lot of sense. However their practice is vague and can be seen like a scam. But luckily I can post most of the content free!

Well I understand this isn't hard science, but rather a philosophy or a way of life. But I want to point out its real close to science. I want someone to look up Pandora's box. That IS psychology. And disturbing to some people like TRP is. It got so much attention that it shut down, sadly. :( I want to make a post on the box later when I've done more research, but I think this philosophy and they're psycology research run hand and hand.
