To be fair, it was quite sexist that women couldn’t vote or do nearly anything without their husband back then. I’m not saying that it wasn’t sexist to send only males to war, just pointing out both sides.

I 100% agree. The whole concept of affirmative action most commonly used, (black people being slaves in the past) makes no actual sense in practice. That’s a bit of a stretch, in my own opinion (at least in America) everyone is equal under law. This does not however include individual acts by the public. But even then both whites and blacks have experienced racism. Which I don’t think will ever end. This does not mean I agree with racism, I just notice that no matter what the government officials say or do, nothing will prevent racists from being racists
