Okay I can see the distinction there but then your logic saying that you should react with only your own self-defense and interests in mind no matter who is attacking you and use whatever means necessary to best stop the situation is wrong by your own admission. By saying there is a difference in the situation because of who is assaulting you (child vs adult woman), you're admitting that you SHOULD take into account the other person and act accordingly.
