Just because they receive money doesn't mean that they are not being honest. Last time I checked, getting a degree in Women's Studies doesn't normally pay very well at all, unless you actually become a professor. So it is almost always the case that people get into this field because they actually care about the issues they are discussing. You are making the claim that some of these people are acting contrary to what they state. All you have provided as support is the fact that some could theoretically not want to actually end rape. By being in women's studies they can lecture and influence many people. It is precisely the position one would want to be in to influence as many people as possible. A college professor publishing papers and lecturing has way more influence than somebody holding a sign, hoping people will get their message. Just because part of what a Women's Studies professor may discuss is rape, it hardly means they they are profiting from it. It's a subject, and rape happens to be part of that subject. Your idea that rape provides an incentive for women to not want to reduce rape is absurd. The poster is giving ways to STOP rape. To stop rape means that rapists need to stop raping. Most lists only give ways to REDUCE rape, such as learning self defense, carrying pepper spray, etc. These don't stop rape, but merely reduce rape. That is the point of this poster.
