May I ask how old you are? I'm 52, and I can somewhat relate to you. I feel like I was lied to by "good" adults when I was a kid - almost like "virtues" were invented by psychopathic authority figures so you'd be easier to control and be taken advantage of more easily by the powers-that-be. I'm "Going Galt" this summer. Off the grid and under the radar. It's been almost 8 years in the making for me. Except for a couple hundred dollars a year in property tax for my wooded rural property, I'll do my best to make sure the system won't get another penny from me. I'm leaving my skilled trade job for any "disadvantaged minority" who thinks they can fill my shoes.

Who the fuck gets an "extended holiday" for 3 months at the age of 25? Seriously, is this a European thing, or just a slacker American thot thing? My daughter is 26.
