Well, if we take the word "often" to mean the opposite of "not-often" or "rarely", then the answer to this question can be determined by imagining how many straight single women have probably engaged in infidelity. Chances are high that they cheated with a guy, and low that there are just one or two guys running around schtupping committed women--many men are having sex with committed women, therefore.
