I understand. I just think it causes resentments and legal grey areas. I also have the same issues with "communes" gathered under religious or governmental pretenses.

I do. In my research, communal property only ever "works" if sanctioned and rules enforced by a strong central power. That leans towards a slippery slope.

I agree with everything you said; but only partially on the private street. Like if it is a road going through your property, then its yours. I agree. But private gated communities are problematic from an legal standpoint, personally.

Yes. It doesn't go too far. I've never done something drunk that i wouldn't stand by the next day. Being drunk is no excuse for anything. He assaulted two people.
