Agreed. Unfortunately there will still be a line of buxs and white knights ready to boost her self esteem and keep her hamstering ways strong. Either way, don't lower thy standards.

The worse thing a society can ever do is created a man with nothing to lose. Theres a crazy theory out there that its easy to get suicide bombers in the middle east because most males are sexually frustrated from having no wives available after some alphas marry 10+ wives.

Well, at least I get my spoils of the feminism war. Lol this is exactly what it becomes for those who swallow the pill

Ouch. Right in the feels. This is a reason why I enjoy the series Band of Brothers and The Pacific so much. Men and our disposability. Women don't give a fuck about men's sacrifices, as long as there's a replacement.

Man, I know this is late, but I thought I was the only one. Every morning after meditation, I scan TRP for my daily dosage. It truly makes a difference. Even if just scanning past threads.

I think the guy is just looking out for his family the way an alpha should. He sees her steering away, and well, it's disappointing.

Also, start lifting. Get big. It will take time, but it will build your confidence in these type of situations.

This! Play it smart, not dominant. The law does not favor dominance, unless they're dominating. Respectfully decline, fluff your feathers, and say you'd like to handle this through management because your contract states no parking preferences.

I know. The man is struggling. I've spoken with him and wow, he's emotionally destroyed. A moment of annoyance, being yelled at, lead to a shove. Followed by accusations of domestic violence.

I'm going to work with him to provide him as much security as possible, if it damages my relationship with my sister, so be it. I'm looking into securing him individual bank account, and basically do what i can to help him out. He cannot rely on family nor much. He's pretty much on his own. And it honestly aches my hearth to see my brethren down.

On a positive note, I'm standing by his side. I'm not sure what kind of help or if any I can provide, But I'm visiting him in jail in an hour or so.

My father gave me very similar advice, and i also did not listen. Goes to show how much feminism has infiltrated our minds. Great post. Thank you.

I'm definitely agreeing with you. I realize I am, but it's difficult to move forward. I've increased my meditation to lessen the anxiety these last few month's. It's helped, but it's family, and that's hinders my actions. I feel the tide very slowly turning. As in I'm accepting and processing what you said about leaving them behind.

No man, I'm sure it's just a pussy spell. The smell of pussy to a man is hypnotizing. You're not the same person. I wish I would have known him earlier to have told him to wrap his dick.

Yeah man do this. I recently had spoken with a young neuro psychologist, and i asked him what goes on through our brains when we have heavy emotional experiences and then go on to supress instead of dealing with these feelings. He explained that our brains and body chemistry will wind up the pent up energy and express them during periods of lesser self control. Examples of that are unhealthy habits you develop or bad decisions in important matters.

Yeup. I probably would. Because thanks to TRP. I see somewhat through their eyes, and wow, us fellas are easily manipulated, specially when it comes to attaining pussy.

Yeah I don't follow the cult like programs. Everything I've learned has been free or donated. Fuck Wikipedia's definitions. Mindfulness is being in the present. Being mindful. Same with bhuddism, it wasn't meant to be a religion, merely a way of life. Then someone always repackages it to a worship religion. Do your thing man. Just like TRP, pick and choose what you need to apply in your life.

Some things you could do is to help him by showing that there are others who understand what men are up against. Most counselors are the ultimate feminized SJWs. My experience with them have also made me feel as if I'm the bad one, and the women in my life have been right.
/r/TheRedPill23/05/15 01:39 AM

We all find ways to justify our actions. Women's are the only acceptable ones though.

This. I have been this before. I didn't have the muscle gains I have now. But I definitely didn't give a fuck about girls feelings and fucked around a ton. Til I got hitched. And became straight beta. So as it goes, you can always switch classes. So be mindful of your routines.

An official logo or slogan would also be appropriate for those that would like to design other gym gear like sports bag. I have a hand handing a red pill towards me as a phone background. Like a gentle reminder every morning to take my supplements.

Listen to this man. He is speaking a noble truth. That woman will wait til you tie the knot, and then take full advantage of you. If you think the sex is bad now, after the knot is tied and sealed, sex will become virtually non existent.

People do not like change. RP theory, is a heavy dose of the opposite of what most American men are being raised to believe. You will face resistance, but the only loser here, are the ones who choose to remain Blue Pill. I'm sure its frustrating to you seeing comrades go down the hole, but stay stoic, and lead them through examples (lifting, RP attitude towards women, etc). The theory will slowly sink in, as they see that you're moving up, and they remain same.

I see you're point. I myself have thought about that too. If you've ever read Freakonomics, you'll hear the argument that people respond to incentives in almost every aspect of life. I believe they respond to "Efficient Incentives". Where the work to reward ratio is low. In other words, less work but more rewards. Alphas make them believe that they will have to do little work but reap great benefits. Its evolutionary. For protection, leadership, etc. Except now money revolves around it. So if yo…

Meditation needs to become a core of TRP. Meditation will teach you to control your emotions. You will learn to control your mind, and thereafter, be in control of your actions so to harness and channel your energy properly into becoming the disciplined man you want to be.

Although I agree with you for sure, I've come to believe that part of being Alpha, realizing that people will come to you bearing gifts, is part of the reward of being alpha. So you lead by example. Stand strong, stoic and walk with a straight back, people notice.

Well for starters, reading up a little bit on the history of meditation will help you set a foundation for your practice. Learn what Buddha attempted to teach (I'm not buddhist, but I like reading a basic history of anything I'm into), such as the four noble truths, the first being the suffering of man (mental, physical). This will help remind you why you decided to begin meditation in case you get frustrated and want to give up. Now my routine, when I wake up, after my morning whizz, I grab my …

Hear Hear! This is a very good post! The man is right and we should not be arguing about getting married or not. Its a fact that in the west, marriage's costs outweigh the benefits. Do not fall for the "Love" bullshit. She'll love you, til she doesn't need you. Keep reading the sidebar material. Do not try to feminize the material.

Your welcome! Glad to help. P.S. It helps to start with a few minutes a day, and slowly build up. So if 1-2 minute sessions a day work for you this week, go for it, and then up it to 5 minutes a session next week, etc.

Dude, honestly, MEDITATION! I've been doing it for about 2 years on and off, and as of August 2014, I did it daily, once I found a way to keep a daily routine. I can definitely feel my T levels rising. I started because I was dealing with depression and an anxiety disorder. I have not felt an anxiety attack nor depression in so long, that I can't give an exact date. It drops your cortisol levels and once you add exercise again, it will raise your T levels. Not to mention that everything in life …

This. You should be poon handling. Like a lot. Im a senior in university. Graduating this June. And Boy. I handled a lot poon, and it doubled once I swallowed the pill. I was in an LTR in college, trust me, it aint worth it. Girls in University are the epitome of the type of girls TRP warns us about. Cock carouseling until they graduate and hit the wall. You've been warned.

Keep Posts High Quality. Do not post until you have read ALL IN ONE RED PILL. Or else, chances are, you'll make yourself look like fool. I have yet to post because I am only halfway through it. But seeing some of the new posts, I almost want to deem this sub as lowering in quality, but the strong effort of the mods is preventing that. C'mon guys. Do your homework. Dont half ass posts. PS: Good Job Mods. Keep kicking ass.

This post should be highlighted. The man speaks truth. I believe we are not big enough, or well connected enough outside of reddit, and run the risk of being censored by some SJW mod. Introduce TRP to your buddies that need it. Don't bother arguing the points made here to the outside world. It goes against the norm, and that makes people uncomfortable. Dude, seriously? If you think it takes up a lot of time and energy, youre obviously doing something fucking wrong. All you need is an hour a day, 3-4 days a week, of an intense work out. Stop being a pussy and just do it. You'll see that in a few months, the 1 hour work outs add up. Need a little booster? Try a work out app like JEFIT or runstastic push ups/pull ups. Stop with your petty excuses. You sound like a woman giving the excuse that shes fat because of genetics. Nah bruh. Its just an ex…
