Alternatively, just rub it out...so much judgment on masturbating, if it builds up, just rub it out and move on. Just like mowing your lawn, you cut it, it grows, you cut it again. I have zero negative emotion about pleasing myself regularly, within reason obviously. Watching porn all day clearly detracts from other life goals. All things in moderation.

At 48 I am GMOW for the second time (slow learner). Older, younger, black, white, does not matter, my experience has been the same. Did everything under the sun for both. They just quit on me. I understand the self-reliance piece and support it, but please do not hammer the idea that we all just need to get used to being alone. Humans were not designed to be alone.
