–	Just told a close friend I liked him I did this when I was much younger, initially she didn't see me that way, but months later she told me she liked me too. The point of this is even if you don't get the message you want to hear initially try not to worry, sometimes just revealing yourself as a viable option and changes their perception, however can take an adjustment period.
