What a book. Can't recommend it enough. Completely changed my perceptions of why I smoke to the extent I started to dislike them while reading it

Can give a UK perspective: -Tuition fees capped at £9k don't start paying it back till earn 25k pay 9% above 25k interest rates linked to inflation and salary, i.e. low salary interest = inflation. High salary interest = inflation +3% wiped after 25 years Who does this system support? Those who do less challenging, less rigorous degrees (lack either/both intelligence and drive) Who does it fuck? Middle income salaries - teachers etc who pay the maximum possible as pay it off juts before the cut …

1) try to make friends on the night out 2) just dance on your own Been to both clubs in the US and clubs in the UK. I found it to be basically the same for booze based clubs if that helps. Didn't go to any md centred nights in the US

For someone who likes architecture, the recommendation of bath over Oxford is mental. Oxford has some fantastic buildings and some top quality old English pubs.

I had the same thing. The mistake I made when budgeting first time round was to assume I'd only be in college for the 8 weeks of term when in fact I was there for the 9-10 of rental period. My main advice would be to not work during Easter vac in your final year but apart from that use them long holidays
