family has ended up being one of those things for me, even though I never married and do not intend to. Yeah, that's a tough one. On one hand, a family is a long term goal. Grabbed the audio book - seems like I generally agree with his mindset (to the point where I would think "isn't this common sense?"). But the audio version is beyond shit. Seriously. Have done it. Didn't fuck me over. People were on my side. I think it's important to note here, that it's my understanding that this is MUCH more an issue in the US, than in many other western nations. In fact, if we take Japan as an example (often considered a "western nation" these days), it's so much not an issue, that it's actually an issue (domestic violence and violence against women in general, has been a massive problem for Japan in the last few decades).
