6	Single mothers should be avoided the most. Dated a single mother once, husband had killed himself 3 years prior to my entry into the picture. Made it about 4 months with her and realized that I was getting a raw deal. I ran as fast as I could from that forest fire. Been single since and at 31 years old I can proudly say I'm buying my first house soon.
