A few years ago I was in NOLA for a bachelor party. For everyone that has been to Bourbon st you’re aware that most bars have shot girls. I read an article years ago and just remember the number. Definitely take it with a grain of salt. Seems like it would be a really hard thing to survey and yield accurate numbers, but it is certainly something that happens.

Just because you get an erection doesn’t disqualify something as rape. As many as 30% of female rape victims have orgasms during the assault. This actually makes it worse because the victim feels like their own body betrayed them.

Acquitted? Sounds like the judge just held him in contempt. EDIT: it appears he was charged with malicious use of telecommunications even though it was determined he didn’t make any threats. The judge was just being a piece of shit by reporting him.
