I think it’s a good chance to improve, to learn to move on, & to be better than your past self. I wouldn’t go out of my way to say hello to her, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to avoid her. I didn’t defend him. What I’m saying is: there is 50-50 chance of who was guilty. That’s why I never defended him in the comment, I just proposed the probability that he could have been misjudged. Had you read the last paragraph in my comment, that would have been clear to you.

Getting arrested doesn’t really mean anything. People get jailed for life being innocent, it happens. From the footage, I agree it seems he is the one in the wrong. But unless someone was there or sure of the full story, then it’s difficult to understand what happened, what made him react like that, & who is the one at fault here. It’s not fair to judge someone knowing only half the story.

If you’re judging him solely on what can be seen in this clip; then you’re judging prematurely. Unless you were there, have the backstory, or have the full video, I wouldn’t be too quick to judge. They could have been ganging up on him, threatening him, or threatening someone that was with him. They could also have assaulted him or someone with him before the footage shown. He could have also jumped in to defend someone they were assaulting before the footage. The guy could also be mentally unst…
