2	NY divorce guidance needed You should also know that unless she earns more, you will be paying child support even with exactly 50/50. It will be 25% of your gross income with two kids (up to a cap, after that discretionary to the judge if you are a high earner). If you get >=51 or earn less her and get 50/50, she owes you the same. She can also charge you a percentage of her childcare expenses proportionate to your relative incomes.
