Even if he did call the police what then? I don't think they can legally drug test her because some one said she's methed up. She could easily idk, stop smoking when the cops around? Hide/destroy the evidence. Not really understanding here

This is idiotic. I think the main point is that the woman didn't get in trouble. I don't think anybody is really defending the man (although you'd have a strong case in my opinion) they're saying how the fuck did the girl walk away free. Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze
