If you look at my submission history you will see a (only in hindsight) comical story in which I was in the same position as you two months ago. DON'T do any weight training as it could lead to long term damage. I found after two weeks I could comfortably do pushups and pullups. I also swam to maintain good shape.

He was pretty pissed and he doesn't like me, she told me once that he said she 'needed to spend more time with him'. A recent example was him spontaneously taking her for lunch when he overheard me telling her about our evening plans. I guess he just snapped that night and the pent up rage suddenly manifested itself. But I would be lying if I didn't tell you I found it extremely satisfying.
