6	Started working in IT with a man who is arrogant, childish and extremely competent. Is such behavior normal? He knows he's the weirdo. He's this way on purpose. Either he's an older guy, or he's wise beyond his years. Imagine if he was this super competent NICE guy... managers would be walking all over him throwing projects his way all the time.
