I am just curious about this women You are not thinking clearly. Put that money somewhere safe where neither you nor her can fuck it it for the time being. Talk to your attorney about a divorce safe trust. Your dad did not leave it to you for you to risk it by running your mouth and playing games. Your dad was smart. He kept his mouth shut to the point where even you had no idea. What if he wasn't so private about it and she found out years ago and was plotting to get her hands on half of it whi…

You owe it to your son to take it serious and call it in. Even if she is just seeking attention, it is still a death threat. Threatening to harm yourself, even if used as a manipulation tactic is disordered, unhealthy, and harmful. If she is full of shit, she can think about her actions while sitting in the psych ward until they clear her. She will know not to threaten it again unless she is genuinely reaching out for help, in which the psych ward will help her.

Commited intimate relationship - it can be a way to backdate the establishment of the marital community to when a couple was acting as if they were married but were not legally married. It is a complex analysis and something to discuss with your attorney. I do not practice family law. I hate family law with a firey passion. I know a lot about it because I am a criminal defense attorney and many of my cases have a family law component and it is heplful to know how things play out in the other sid…

I am not your attorney and this is not specific legal advice to your case, rather a general discussion of WA law. First, you need an attorney, now. Do not speak with her about the property division or proposed custody arrangements. Everything in writing through counsel until instructed otherwise. Do not agree to anything without a lawyer to help you. You make decent money, you can afford an attorney. Call potential attorneys right now. Do not fuck around on reddit. Do not go to dinner with your …
