Thanks, I haven't really been "at this" at all. I don't run any MAP or levels of dread or anything. I just lurk from time to time, read a few things, and am fully aware that MRP offers significantly better advice than the faggotry available at r/relationships. So, I asked. That said, I'll answer: - Re: why it's increased lately: She doesn't really have much of a maternal instinct, so the second round of teething on our youngest has her reacting pretty angrily toward how much feeding and comfort …

Hypothyroidism might cut a couple hundred kcal off of your TDEE. So eat a couple hundred kcal less. Or go on cheap generic synthroid medication. Ghrelin and leptin only modulate lipolysis and hunger, they don't change your metabolism directly. You can still exercise willpower to ignore any hunger resulting from excessive ghrelin.

This is the correct answer. Data point of one: I make great money, hold frame nearly constantly, am 6'3'' 15%bf and pull four plates. I have all my original hair, and captain my household firmly and competently. By TRP dogma, my wife should be extremely sexually receptive, yet she is anything but. The reality is that women don't enjoy sex like we do. Full stop.

Bullshit on your bullshit. This is an extremely subjective topic. Those of us arriving at ideal physiques from the "former fat kid" camp usually have to accept a feeling of perpetual hunger as a part of life. I can comfortably put away 3500kcal of, say, chicken breast and steel cut oatmeal within about eight hours.

What is the best way to cut to 10% WHILE gaining muscle? One of the following: Start completely untrained. Go through puberty. Testosterone Enanthate + Deca Durabolin + a solid AI protocol, followed by well-designed PCT. Without newb gains and/or an exceptional hormonal profile, simultaneous cut/bulk is a fantasy.

sexually motivated rather than health wise I'm not sure what you mean by this. Muscle mass is correlated with a huge number of positive health markers, notably a dramatically decreased risk of most cancers, and substantially improved quality of life in old age. I also find it hard to believe that the "toxic fraternity" found in the Iron Temple has no analogue in your preferred non-strength sport.

and your mind tells you to stop and that you can't keep going, fuck that shit. Tell those thoughts to fuck off and just keep climbing Strongly agree in most cases. But I'd caution all men to learn to differentiate between being a mentally weak bitch and actual injury. Do not push through a real injury; do not push through heat exhaustion. That is all, carry on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
