Well, I don't think that it's the most important. Maybe like #6 or something. Definitely top ten though.

I like this thought, make a second sub and only invite people who have both been subscribed for a sufficient amount of time and have posted solid RP content. As members here become unplugged and start to have a better grasp on the Red Pill, they could receive their own invitations as well. It would keep any trolls already subscribed here out, and give a good filter system to keep the new, main sub purely Red Pill.

The top post there right now is a link to this thread. I think it's a little ironic personally.

No, I'd say it's pretty blue pill to do nothing to make yourself happy and instead only do something that society says is useful just because you'll make more money to buy lots of shit and impress girls.

If that baby screaming at the beginning of the video doesn't make you think twice about this, I don't know what will. I do have to say though, the guy's arguments after that part are not completely satisfactory IMO. He mentions some vague theory that circumcision is linked to autism and ADHD. Unless he can prove that, I think it's bullshit, even as someone who is against circumcision. If you want to make a good argument, stick to the facts. Don't pull this Jenny McCarthy-type shit. The stuff abo…

One thing that new people don't seem to understand is that, on topics like this, almost no one cares about their opinions. There are studies showing that the point being made here (marrying an older woman who likely has had plenty of partners - AND that that woman can and probably will fuck you over in marriage*) is not only possible, but is an increasing likely scenario. Yeah, yeah, yeah. NAWALT and all that. I'm sure there are exceptions. But no one here cares about the exceptions, because it'…

Being slutty and promiscuous is pretty socially acceptable now, has been for awhile. Of course Hollywood is going to play on that. It's a good way for them to make cheap, unoriginal movies and still make money. I can see the humor in that, low-brow as it is. But hey, low-brow doesn't really bother me personally, so I don't mind.

Who ordered the therapy session? Seriously, what is the point of this post? That we're being too mean? That we're misguided? So I suppose the community is evolving into a political, sociology/self-help education/ complaint system. I just feel creepy crawlies considering myself part of any herd, even if it's called the manosphere. Then leave. We're not a movement. And it's not the same FGM is a lot more severe. Whether or not this is true does not mean that we just ignore the problem. If one little kid is being verbally bullied, and another little kid is beaten up, do we ignore the kid who is being verbally abused because the other kid has it worse? I sure as hell hope not. If a man decides to get himself circumcised, at a time in his life when he is able to make that decision, then fine. Good for him. Forcing a child to undergo an irreversible surgery, w…

http://np.reddit.com/r/skeptic/comments/1jdpgi/activist_bravely_details_sexual_assault_that/cbh5zwf One guy tries to point out that men are victims of crime too (quite more often the victim of violent crimes in general), but because this information would distract people from the fact that women are victims, people come out in droves to prove him wrong. I'm not sure where you get that stat (and violent crime isn't what we're talking about, it's sexual crime), but that's not what's important. The…

As far as I know, there isn't some unwritten rule about it. It varies from guy to guy in my experience: some will never take a shot at a girl if she's taken (even if he could easily get her), some will go after girls harder if she's taken, and a lot of guys are somewhere in the middle. If it suits you to respect another guy's relationship with a girl, then that's what you should do. No one else's opinion should matter. As far as other guys going after your girl, well, we all know what that can b…

I think Family Guy is more about unpopular opinions used to make fun of people who would be offended by them. Still RP, but I don't think it's because of red pill ideas as much as it is about pissing people off.

“That’s a nice bike,” I said. “If I hop in that basket, will you take me for a ride?” She pulled the phone from her ear and giggled. “Yeah sure, hop on in.” “Ok,” I said, and pretended to get into her basket.” She laughed. “Are you talking to your mom?” I asked. “Yeah I am. How did you know?” “I’m a psychic. Give me your phone,” I said, sticking my hand out.” She handed me her phone. “Hi Mom!” “Hello?” A woman’s voice on the other side said. “I’m just flirting with your daughter, is that ok?” “O…

I like this. It's one of those sayings that make parts of TRP easy to remember. Another one I like, involving women, is this: Treat bad girls like good girls. Treat good girls like bad girls.

For me, it is about what kind of tattoo. Girls who get tramp stamps and other kinds of common tattoos are the girls who generally seem to be boring or trashy. If a girl has an interesting tattoo for a reason other than "I just kinda wanted it cause my friends all have em" or something, then I'm willing to ignore the stigma about tattooed women.

And the orbiters realize it, they just don't understand why. So they decide that throwing tantrums and getting mad at women is the answer. They act like the girls' best friend and then get mad when the girl treats them as a best friend. They think that it's not their fault they can't attract the women they want, it's that the women are acting childish and immature. They're like a fat person complaining about not getting a date. The problem isn't that they're fat and won't care for themselves, it…

I'm 99.9% sure "I might buy you a bottle of bacardi and even cuddle you this time" is from a pick up artist forum. Nobody says something that corny and manipulative naturally. Has this guy ever gone outside? There are plenty of people willing to manipulate others. This line isn't even that bad.

Good comment IMO. All feminists see is that women are victims. They are completely unwilling to acknowledge that it was the competitive nature of men - fueled in part by the encouragement of women - that brought us to where we are today. Unfortunately, men are also a big reason for the ugly situation we are in now. We became so wrapped up in accommodating the needs of women that we just collectively handed them are balls and told them to do whatever they wanted. If it wasn't for TRP, I'd still b…

I forget his username, but there was a guy on here awhile ago who linked to a short article he wrote about the concept of the Mannerbund (I could be wrong on the exact term). There was a quote that stood out to me (again, I can't remember it exactly, I only skimmed the article) that said something like: "People will join you, or they will shame you. What the can't do is ignore you. No matter which side they take, just remember, you have fans."

I don't believe that admiring traditional values from a time such as the 50's (where men were men and women were women) and the goals understanding how women today work and becoming a better man are mutually exclusive. I'm sure we could achieve both, if we're so inclined.

It's not that anyone has to use the absolute minimum amount of words to communicate, but there isn't any need to be redundant either. Besides, I wouldn't say being concise is strictly a masculine trait, it's something I appreciate in a lot of people, regardless of gender.

Those guys are typically White Knights, and have been very feminized. They're just another version of fat, unattractive, female feminists. They just have a withered and unused dick instead of a vagina. Different people, same mindset.

I've actually been in a similar situation to you recently. While I grew up and live in a college town (just graduated high school), it is still a small town, so I don't really have a ton of options as far as girls go (can't stand the ones I graduated with). So do what I've been doing since I found this sub awhile ago. Read. You will need to practice what you read at some point, but until then, read. Read the links on the sidebar. "Alcohol shouldn't be a crutch... " But seriously, assuming you're already attractive to women, experience is the next thing you need. The best way to get better at talking to women (or people in general) is by talking to women (or people in general). Being involved as a musician should be a great way to be around a lot of people, especially if you're becoming more well known in your area. I'm not saying you have to flaunt your status to every new person you meet, but you should find many opport…

I do feel like this comment is more Red Pill than the others. I think it depends on your definition of an Alpha Male. If your perception of the Alpha is Frat Boy Douche or Pick Up Artist Douche, then I can see why everyone walks away. I think Alpha Males can be men who are just naturally capable and competent people, who have strong convictions and aren't easily swayed by a crowd. And that is really attractive to me. It's sad that there's a perception that strong personality men also have to be …

I like to reread the posts in the sidebar every other week or so, and I always like to come back to this post, and this comment in particular. I often go through RP articles and discussion reading a lot of comments that generalize women. It seems like you are certainly one who looks for LTRs over one night stands. That's fine, I respect that. Judging by what you've been saying, you seem to be in a very stressful situation. Do you really want to have to worry about the needs of a partner when you have your own problems? Do you know that she will be there to support you and help you through all of this? Remember that if you commit yourself, her problems will become your problems eventually. I don't know anything about her - other …

If what you're doing makes you feel like you're moving closer to your ex, then you are not moving on. You are doing the opposite. I've never been engaged, and I've only had one LTR, so I've never really felt the feelings you describe. However, if you say you're still beating yourself up about it to the point where you cry at her grave and see a ghost of her, I would say you have not moved on. You may be in the process, but you have a long way to go. One new woman years after the fact doesn't cha…

Leave it be. If she's already blaming you for mess ups as a partner in work, just imagine what that could be like if she was your partner in an LTR. Whether or not you saw a ghost of your wife is irrelevant, but you should listen to that advice anyway. Move on. That doesn't necessarily mean start fucking girls like crazy, just go do something productive. Improve yourself. Work on something about yourself that you want to change. That's what this sub is about, and that's the main advice you need.
