The "underage" thing is about the distribution of the images involving what is (legally) a child involved in an explicit sex act. Incorrect, the Child Trafficking and Pornography act defines a child as anyone under 17. Perfectly legal to have the photos.

I think he means that if men retaliate that they are putting themselves in the position of being labeled the "abuser". Regardless of whether it was self defence or not if he hit her and gave her a black eye, she now has evidence that he was violent against her. What about other threats. Hypothetically what if a person in a relationship was dependent on their partner (let's assume financially). What if that person said "I pay for all your shit, so I'm going to fuck you whenever I want". Thats a form of rape to my mind (assuming the other person is of course non-consenting).
