But I think the advice of going to the gym is a good start. If you have low self esteem getting in shape is a big confidence booster, I know because it's exactly what I did. I class mine low, as a guy, compared to a lot of my friends its very low. 1	Single Men, what are your standards? I must have relatively easy standards, although I'm not single. Height - not taller than me, I'm 6ft Income - as long as they have a job j don't mind. Body type not clinically obese or underweight.
