The problem in that bedroom situation is not what happened then but what happened before. You let her dictate the setting for that sex event. She clearly told you how to act and if you didn't act that way she wouldn't have sex with you. You should of shut that down straight away. Done something to make you feel happy and make her realise your time is valuable so she has to go back into that ive got to seduce my husband mindset. If you get her to that her top will be off in seconds to turn you on…

No i really think DB's subreddit is a massive problem. Very few success stories come out of it at all. A few have come from leaving but i cant remember the last success storey i heard from someone that stayed long term. I just see this circle of poor advice there with no one willing to put the effort into positive actions moving forward.

Yeh. Me iniating and the process I'll use will be a lot better in the New house. I'll have a lot more room to sleep elsewhere go and watch tv or have a lot more places to go. It's a little hard staying at the in laws for that main reason. I'm still outcome independent it's just not at the level i would like it to be.

No most woman from my experience. Complain. Need 100 options and are indecisive. Very few woman give up the choice happily and don't complain later.

I don't do covert contracts. She knows 100% where we're at and why.

Im great with this. A quick kiss and pat or squeeze of the wife's butt solves a lot of problems in life.

Agreed its suprising how easy it is to be up front and brutally honest. Then she feels like she has to game you to get here desired response. And this is coming from a women that is constantly tired throwing out 100s of excuses to not have sex or just go to sleep.

I still have Skepticism in regards to terminology used and some of the higher levels of dread. In my experience a lot of the married TRP stuff is just common sense based on my situation. Ive been chatting to a few of the more take action kind of people on the DB subreddit and found a few of them on here. Call me a hybrid. I am 100% against the large proportion of bad advice given on the DB subreddit. I really cant believe some of the stuff said over there. If you stay there enough you see the sa…

My wife has recently started saying i love you so i say it back to comfort her. The first time she said it 2-3 times and tried to prompt me to say it i said "ok". The 3rd time i simply said im not going to say it when i dont feel it or you are fishing for it. Ill say it when you earn it. Last 2 times she tried saying it i didn't say it back. This morning after my wife fucked me like she wanted it badly last night. This morning she got an "i love you". i promote and condition good behaviour in my…

I started out on 5 x 5 Strong lifts. Didn't help as after my first month i was at the gym 5 days a week. 2nd 3rd and 4th month upper body lower body split 1 heavy day low rep day 1 light high rep day for 4 days a week and the 5th day is compound movements. I have limited rest time and i normally do 7-8 different actions in about 45-50 mins. With the side business the last month really picking up cant get to the gym very often. But it is a work out in itself. Ill pick the gym back up in a couple …

To be honest i think im already doing a fair amount of dread level 4. Hence the switch in her behaviour. I think she will notice it a lot more when we are in the new house. Ive been learning a bit of pick up on RSD on youtube. So dread level 6 is covered as well. Although im only doing it for the purposes of using it on my wife. Dread level 5 is pretty much done as well. Ive never done the dressing and preening to perfection. But since i work in finance and have to wear a suit to work every day …

Yeh if i do end up divorcing my wife i wont be marrying anyone in the future. Its just not worth it for Men. We get screwed in divorce courts especially if kids are involved. If i have kids in the future i will be getting in early for them to avoid marriage if they can and just enjoy life.

Mate if the guy didn't assume everything he wrote he would get a response. Since all he wrote was an assumption on zero facts then there's no point. I am in shape. Been going to the gym for a while now. I do dress well already Other women do find me attractive. My SO knows this. Im naturally funny and a joker with the opposite sex Wrapping it up in dread and pushing the boundaries is bullshit. Im not going to game other women just because dread told me. I will chat to women i meet at work and ou…

approached many times in different ways. The conversation doesn't go anywhere because my wife never focuses on how her own actions created a portion/some of the problems we are now in. She still honestly beleives i need to focus on myself and only i can fix this. Which is bull shit and i give her plenty of examples on how she can improve.

The year isnt for her. Its for the government incentive on my house to be valid. It would save me a lot of money. Im not having the house sold earlier then that and lose 10-15k in initial costs and capital gains of 50% on any profit made which could be 50-100 k. Thanks for the advice.

Yeh i agree. I have set boundaries in the past but have not be as up front about it and set the tone for what i want as i do now. Just on the train this morning i was sitting next to a good looking woman. She wanted to get out so i got up to let her out. She made eye contact with me smiled i returned the smile and sat down. Im not a bad looking guy. If i was not married in my current state i would have had no problems asking for her number or asking her to coffee there and then.

Agreed. I keep logs of messages i send and arguments that we have. I do it in a way where i dont put her down but say exactly what has happeneded. Then i seperate it with another paragraph saying how it made me felt. My mate suggested this to track if things are getting better or worse. But at the end to use it as a tool if we do divorce. Funnily enough she isn't thinking of divorcing me i truly think she could do this for years and years at the current rate. If her behaviour and what she says i…

Yeh i kind of agree. That why i have set myself clear time frames and do everything i can on my side to improve things. At least at the end of the day i can say i tried.

Why do you hug her when you know she is like this? Also after hugging her you make her food and get her a drink and then let her dictate when to put it down for her to eat it. Then at the end you say you will be back in a couple of minutes and go upstairs. Why not just tell her this is unacceptable behaviour dont ever talk to me like that again. You need to lay the ground work. A lot of the behaviours mentioned in your post are not adhering to the side posts.
