This same rule passed in Japan maybe 10 years ago or so and the rate of divorce filings jumped dramatically the following month (most instigated by housewives) And yes, Japan has the same rule as Korea where both parties have to agree to divorce unless certain criteria can be met (abandonment, etc.)

The main reason China is doing this is NOT to help men, but to discourage divorce. You have to be careful, if you straight up tell her you are not interested she'll turn it around and tell HR it's YOU that is being unprofessional or harassing her. You need to make sure you have evidence and witnesses who are willing to tell the truth .. then you can (in front of people who will not lie) tell her you are feeling uncomfortable and not interested .. or head to HR but be sure you have your evidence (but not tell HR this as they will try and take it from you and cover it up)

Unfortunately, Russia has not signed on with the The Hague Convention (International Child Abduction) act. Turkey has signed on, so the only thing you can do now is report her and hire a lawyer who specializes in this area of law. What annoyed me the most about the reporting on this is (yesterday) when I read about it on the BBC and CNN (online) neither said anything about the victims being all male. Paper trail. Send a backup of all complaints and problems, make copies of the audio files, reviews, your past reviews of others (especially the women) etc.. to your personal (non-work) email. Then hire a lawyer and have them help you file a complaint against the companies HR department/company. Try being the parent who does all the parenting. I'm the only guy there and always get tons of dirty looks, I'm excluded from all the chit'chat/conversations etc.. When they ask for volunteers (and I volunteer) I'm told that "oh, we have everyone we need, thanks anyways" then they accept others (women). I get asked all the time if my kid is actually mine. I even have to carry a copy of my kids birth certificate as I've had the cops called on me before and our last names don't match. It's a mess

I’ve decided that I won’t waste anymore time replying to you after this. It’s obvious you have an agenda. My last response is just to say that this was 20 years ago, nobody believed men when they told someone they were raped, sexually assaulted, abused, etc. You talk about evidence, if a woman made these claims the police would get involved and look for some, me (a man) makes these claims and I am dismissed, ridiculed and told to provide my own evidence with no support.
