Here's what we can do: We can replace the old false accusation laws with better false accusation laws, eliminate a bunch of stupid laws (such as those that criminalize weed and prostitution), and ENHANCE the penalties for false accusations, specifically those relating to sex crimes. It should be a federal crime to falsely accuse any person of any type of sexual crime.
