I could do 4-5 dates a week through online means if I really pushed things. You need to get more dates somehow. By the way, cold approaching works much better in big cities. Medium/small cities are not so open to random approaches. Try meeting people through friends or cold approach trying to make new friends, just don't be weird and don't expect a thing.

Then I suggest getting more good friends first. Join a gym or a MMA training camp, maybe even swimming classes so you improve your fitness while making some new friends. Again, outdated mindset. It's no longer the 50s bro. The reality is girls love hot first date sex. Outgoing and experienced girls won't mind if you take it easy. Shy girls will feel like shit if they sense you only want them for sex. Something tells me you go for the easy chicks who love the night.
