No soda no fast foods. Use MyFitnessPal app to track macros. If you're overweight do cardio 3-5x a week. HIIT cardio specifically. Start lifting also, start with 5x5 lifts on compound movements (bench, squat, deadlift). Have fun

I let my LTR get under my skin far too long. She came to see me as weak because of this. So I finally turned the IDGAF switch on. I stopped arguing, reacting, getting mad etc. I told myself I didn't care and so i started to really not care. Her behavior did a 180 when she realized her childish attempts to make me angry were falling short.
