3	Please help, Child support question It's not unfair.. just unfortunate. A lot of men (and women) are ignorant of what to do when this type of situation occurs. One thing I've learned in my life is to get a lawyer as soon as possible. They're expensive, but the earlier you get one, the more money you will save in the long run. I've made many mistakes in the beginning of my situations because of ignorance. Again.. I wouldn't call it unfair, just unfortunate that I didn't know any better.	/r/MensRights	03/04/15 02:40 PM
2	Please help, Child support question I'm not a lawyer, but I'm 99.9999999% sure the answer is no. When a child support order is given, it is final until unless someone changes it due to a "material change in circumstance" So if a mistake is found, or a revision is needed, you would have to file for a change, wait a few months for a court date, prove that there is a mistake, and then the court will revise the order. You will not get reimbursed for mistakes made on the original order. It doesn't matter if the court/judge was at fault…	/r/MensRights	03/04/15 02:32 PM
