Look up Bakke v. UC Davis. It was a case in the 70's where a guy, Alan Bakke, took UC Davis medical school to court because he was a white guy who was denied admission while his black friends got in with lower GPA's and less desirable applications. Eventually the case made it all the way to the Supreme Court and UC Davis lost either 7-2 or 6-3, and Bakke was allowed to attend the institution. Yeah and when they do run a relationship they're ball busters because they've never experienced control or leadership. People say there's a glass ceiling and that's why there aren't a lot of female CEOs but it comes down to not knowing how to lead like a man naturally can.
