Recruiting Command...to make sure that female poolees are physically fit by the time they arrive at boot camp. Her "cultural" issue was brought up after she was discharged for being accused of toxic leadership. I think 10 years is laughably too long of a window to calculate whether or not men and women can meet the same physical standards in the military.

Yes, the first link I responded with showed how fitness tests change. Especially when a majority of the women fail to meet combat standards. I expect (not hope) the same to happen again in 2020.

Unless you're referring to the fact that girl scouts currently do not accept boys, then I agree, that needs fixing ASAP, it's unfair that it works one way and not the other I'm all for girls and boys doing what they want in scouts, as long as it's fair for them both. I agree, the root of the problem is what you have concluded. Cheers.

Not the same person...and yes that is a huge assumption to make. I also chose to use the words often and almost always, because that's usually the case. At that age (11-17), boys and girls are insanely hormonal. That would require separate showers, tents, and staff for every trip. What else do the boy scouts have to change, that the girl scouts do not?

Women in the military often get their weight carried by other men. Literally. Whether it's their backpacks, guns, or their entire person. Most women cant compare to the physicality or dexterity. That's the comparison being made. A troop of boys will almost always have to create a handicap for the girl. I don't know what form of mental gymnastics made you bring race into the conversation.
