Well if you look up those cases they were very controversial because there where woman who were saying the same things were happening to them. No there is no way to test that if that was the case or not but there where woman who were saying that had happened to them. Mayne I should have clarified that

I know of you look up abortion cases from the supreme court after roe the court rules very conservatively after roe . there is also a court case where this woman was fired from an account form called price water house because she was considered to masculine and she felt they where trying to edge her out.

In the 80s there were lots of complaints about woman being kicked out of board meetings and kind of barred from joining the table. There were lawsuits going on about woman being fired for not being feminine enough not being a team player and being too aggressive. I feel that will happen again but I could be wrong
