6'3 225 never lifted in my life -> 180lb cut as fuck but weak -> 210lb 135ohp 225bench 325squat 465dl (all 3x5s). Took about 2.5 years total i ate only chicken breast rice brocoli and black beans and whey for prob 6months with SS and HIIT. Stayed on SS for almost my first year then onto PPL

I was in a similar boat to you. The first step to stop being a clown is to lift and get huge (6'3" 215 here). After this you're gonna be sweet at sports like wrestling and football that rely mostly on strength. Definitely go out for a sport, it will improve your social standing ridiculously (especially football). In your off season fill your time that you are not lifting with hard as fuck classes. As an hs Jr I can say this: 1: don't take advice from friends irl unless they are trp. Asking if a girl likes you is ridiculously beta and wishy washy 2: Don't ask a girl to be your girlfriend before you fuck her. Men are the guardians of commitment. I'm curious as to the true meaning of "fuckboy." In this article it refers to alphas but the way I've heard it used it refers to "fake" alphas or guys who are generally wishy washy and not confident in their speech.
