I love to take naps or meditate to the different frequencies. Each hz has a unique effect, but I usually feel a greater sense of peace, clarity, love and positivity after a session. Check out the most viewed videos on Meditative Mind. I'm sure there are many other benefits that we don't know about

It’s all about figuring out what works for you ​ No porn/No fap Meditating I am affirmations Meditating/listening to 396hz, 417, 432, 528, 639, 741, 852, 963 (Solfeggio scale) Lifting/nutrition Read the Red Pill side bar(remember most things are not black and white in life) Cut out as much processed food as possible Drink enough water Supplements (vitamin d3, zinc/magnesium, omega 3 etc…

I'm on a near 90 streak of not fapping. It's given me a strong desire to work on myself and pursue an actual relationship rather than taking the shortcut of using my hand. That being said I've easily shifted from chasing skirts to focusing on myself and my mission. Sexual energy is no joke.
