It's not just women it's the general notiin of privelidge polnts and diversity quotas. Giving someone a handout because they are female/not white is actually racist/sexist/fucking whatever-ist because it implies they can't do it on their own merit. This is disempowering because it tells people they need an unfair advantage insread if hard work, sacrifice and better life decisions.

Been watching a lot of Candace Owens vids lately. That's what I consider a strong frame, very strong. I have so much respect for her and others like her.

Don't take anything before bed. I used to have a protein shake and was waking up to pee at 3 am every night. Now I try and not even drink any water up to 2 hours before bed and i sleep straight through the night.

Try the bad crypto podcast, listen to them all from the beginning. General stuff +1 for "rich dad poor dad" treat your finances like a business. Learn how to analyse company finances, cash flow, income/exienses and assets/liabilities. You can play Kiyosaki's cashflow game online for free now even on your phone.

My focus is on getting bigger without compromising my ability to fight in class and compete with high level martial artists without running out of breath and getting the shit kicked out of me for not having enough stamina. Sidebar and lift is great but it doesn't cut it for competitive sports where you need fitness and endurance. Especially at 45! For me it's not all about the look, obviously it's important but I want a fighter's body that's highly functional and effective as well as aesthetical…

I am only about 9 months in to newbie gains so definitely have some way to go. I drank a lot of beer before I gave it up so the belly is still there despite the rest of me starting to look quite good.

I have a 9-5 and busy life around that (hobbies/other interests etc) so 6-7 am is my only option.

I want to be able to spar without running out of steam - which means I need fitness/endurance. I can't lift 6 days a week with my schedule as I need sleep on the rest days to recover.

Stop drinking forever. There is no middle way or compromise. Accept this, embrace it, now start your journey by doing it. From one problem drinker to another - life after alchohol is 1000% better.

My experience with TRP is finding and griwing the inner strength to stick at something and make my purpose the #1 priority. And put all my money in cryptos.. .

Read "Rich Dad Poor Dad", learn about blockchain, read books by successful entrepreneurs, learn how to make money and (legally) hustle. What money making opportunities can you see around you right now? Can you spot demand and opportunities? Become a master of money, make a habit of putting a little bit aside and make it grow, avoid (bad) debt. How do big investors and entrepreneurs make decisions? How do you calculate risk vs payoff? Are you creative? Can you put a team of people together and st…

This reads like a list of what drives men to trp/mgtow. Don't forget that rps/mgtows are reformed nice guys . How do you think they got that way?

Are you naturally good looking? When I was young, single and very BP I had no trouble at all, girls threw themselves at me and I never had to game anyone. Fast forward 20 years of LTR and I'm having to RP my way out of a DB. Make the most if your chad years so you can be a better partner later on and don't get ground down into an AFC. That's what I'd tell my younger self if I could

This isn't on a date. It's every day out and about eye contact with girls I'm not going to approach just walking past. The 'default' has been to look away embarrassed when eyes meet. This is just for building confidence and not being the one to look away first.

Thanks I will. I think the corner I am turning with this is going from having to exert effort into 'winning' the interaction which could come across as threatening when trying too hard. I'm going to look at it as building natural AM with a playful element to it. Even say to myself (and her but with eye contact). "My frame > your hamster, but let's dance anyway :)". What a journey this is...

Same here - when I was drinking and out of control she went out of her way to try and tame me. Now I'm sober she doesn't 'need' to do any of the stuff she was doing before so she doesn't.... It's like I'm no challenge for her any more so she doesn't have to try - until dread kicks in... As unhealthy as it is - having an addiction and making it your #1 priority over all is very strong frame. Then when you kick it you lose that frame as well....

I've been holding off committing because I've had enough of doing it wrong, needed to be sure before committing to a program. I'll bulk and see what happens...

PM away - I'll answer anything I can, I only know details about contracting in the UK though.

It depends on the field and who you get a job with to start with, how long for, how far you get and experience etc. Took me about 7 years before I went contract but I could have gone a lot sooner. If you can get a few years of good experience at a big name then that might be enough. You'll know you're ready when you find yourself working alongside other contractors thinking to yourself "I can do what they're doing no sweat..." generally contractors are thought of as above average in not just ski…

Can you become a consultant/contractor in what you do? I've been contracting in IT in the UK for the last 10 years and it is the best career move I ever made. I don't need a 'boss' to promote me, I just put myself through training, gain what exposure/experience I can when I see it - ie offer to 'help out' with projects that involve stuff I want to have on my CV (resume), do a bit of training then bang it's on there when I decide to 'next' the gig for a better higher paid one. I remember busting …

I managed to wean my gaming addiction into a music production one instead. Managed to get it to scratch the same itch. Instead of tweaking DPS gear & rotation those hours are spent tweaking EQ, synth and sample settings. It's just as geeky and time consuming but the outcome is a million times better and gives inner creative fulfilment. Music is my frame now. I'd advise changing your gaming time/effort/learning to something that will pay you dividends. With gaming you are developing knowledge, ex…

Really? An article about a study written by a woman blaming testosterone for male overconfidence is not relevant to a community of men, many of whom are taking testosterone supplements? She actually attacks testosterone supplements, this is the matrix on action is it not?

I went through this a few years ago. You'll need therapy to get over it fully. It will get easier over time and the situation being out of your control will help.

Isn't RP about changing yourself from the inside and developing confidence? Isn't the whole point of lifting and getting your whole life together to raise your SMV. I'll go one further and say that (to me) becoming 'alpha' is about relentlessly finding and living my purpose/mission in life while making the absolute best of what I've been given - that means lifting, meditating, finding my strengths, developing mastery and gaining complete control over my life/income/situation etc. The SMV and res…

Thanks, the big ones don't that I know of, there are internships and other ways in like getting a non trading job with one of them. I worked for some of the big banks doing IT and could never get near the trading floors - the security and compliance in those places is crazy. All my trading experience is 'retail'.

I'm a UK based IT (business analyst) contractor operating through my own LTD company. When in work I get between £350-500/day+VAT (gross into the company). I didn't go to college, didn't finish school but worked in IT since 1999, went contract for myself in 2007 and never looked back. I pay into a pension, tax free investment account (ISA) and am building an FX trading account as well as buying gold and bitcoin. I love trading, have been doing it (and getting my ass handed to me) for about 8 yea…

What mode are you doing? Nofap has given me premature ejaculation when I have sex with my wife which is why I sought out Tantra in the first place. I think it's OK to M and O without the P and get used to being in your body and not in your head either watching/fantasising. It will take a while to get back to normal and beyond but I think going hard mode will just maintain the PE problem as it causes performance anxiety which perpetuates it.

The process I'm interested is moving the energy around the body - not the physical liquid.

I'll check out the book thanks - another one for the Kindle. For me this isn't just about sex and lasting longer - I actually want to see what Napoleon Hill was on about and get some 'creative genius'. I'm going very big into music as a musician/producer but also as en entrepreneur so this I hope will give me an edge (pun intended - see what I did there?). I'll take the sexual mastery, multiple full bodied orgasms and game as positive side effects. IMO these RP threads are so focused on sex and …
