Yes, "I'm busy" means they're busy. Only use it if you are busy and do intend to get back. Sending "hints" like this is stupid, if you can't muster up the courage to say you're not interested, then don't say anything. Replying "busy" should be kept for when what it means happens, and is not a discouragement, the opposite. IANAL. I'm not sure about the UK, but in the US you have to prove not only that what was claimed was false, but malicious intent too (i.e.: not only was it false, they knew it was false when it was said). Only then does defense need to show it was true (or they didn't know).

No Denmark rejected that proposal 2 years ago, and the proposal only banned religious reasons, not medical. Either way as I've explained in more than 5 sources in this thread, that it doesn't make sense in Europe doesn't mean it doesn't in Africa.

I guess overall you're right about the risk, but a modicum of technical competency mitigates it rapidly. Whilst that is true, justice isn't about an eye for an eye. Consider others whom might have lied, a harsh sentence would discourage them.
