Ask yourself how are you so well informed about your fathers financial decisions? Were you his bookkeeper? Or, is this what you’ve been told by your mother? Can you admit that her viewpoint would be biased? Second, if your mother couldn’t afford to take care of you, or just couldn’t pull herself together, she could give up her rights to you. A father doesn’t get this option. My mother abandoned me when I was 9. I was old enough to know her and know what was happening. I was angry for a long time…
