PD12J was supposed to stop all that. Basically it says that when allegations are made the court is supposed to stop everything and test them in a finding of fact. Sadly it doesn't work much of the time, the limit of 26 weeks stops courts doing the right thing. Sadly in many cases the guys just run out of money, give up, or the kids are alienated by the time the guy gains any traction. There follows usually disgusting letters from the alienated children, using the mother's language, to the judge …

Much respect. A request for money from women who leave their children is almost always followed by false allegations and a change of residence (called 'live-with' in England/Wales) application. They'd rather take the children that they don't want, than pay money for their upkeep. You can imagine what then happens to the children. Try joining Mumsnet as a female and making a couple of appropriate posts, then wait; /u/bigjobs69 has the right idea. You can always launch a schedule one later!

Have been working in this area since the turn of the century, so I wouldn't be that surprised, but I get what you're saying. It's always the kids that lose, and it makes it more difficult for them to enjoy a normal family relationship as adults because they don't know what it looks like. Nose. spite. face.

Find a woman you hate and buy her a house for the equivalent experience. You can decide whether you like that feeling and do it for real later.

There is a difference between making an accusation, and making knowingly false allegation. If someone says they will cry rape if you do some thing against them. That's a knowingly false allegation. In contrast allegations which turn out to be wrong shouldn't be prosecuted. Ever. Knowingly false allegations not so much.

There isn't. 😭😁 I regularly consider the step-father option (for an by-choice Chad absent father) and then dismiss it as completely totally Radio Rental. I have fought for a child's right to have a relationship with their father and paternal family for a couple of decades - my expertise with the worst of women is not confined to my own relationships. Other things I thought of are voluntary work in schools etc, but that's even more questionable with the female domination of education and men-are-…

I'm having difficulty with the 'need' for children vs the need for 'pussy'. The former is much stronger than the latter. It's the bit of MGTOW that I constantly struggle with. I haven't worked through the non-disconnect between pussy and children and it's been decades. Full disclosure: I'm not young.

Hospitals in Asian areas of my country (western) will not give the gender of the child (to anyone) because there is a tendency for female children not to survive gestation by much if at all. The female pill arrived in 1960, the guys are still waiting for anything better than a condom, for anything resembling a non-permanent choice. I think that's enough internet for me today on that unhappy note.

As I said, as a small boy I was caught in a bomb in London funded and supplied by Americans. Memories of that day, some fourty-years ago, didn't go away. I am bored of Americans decrying socialism but fleeing their totalitarian state to infect other nations. I am not alone. Does that help you understand? That is not intended to be sarcastic in any way. Just to help you understand, because I want you to understand what others see when an American blunders into a private conversation as they are w…

Well as far as I know, the Thai people are not known the world over for students killing other students routinely in their classrooms. So yes, sponging off a society that values peace by assimilation, is still sponging. Stay in America. I'm not the only one tiring of your country's bullshit, totalitarianism and bombs. One-in-four of the world's prisoners are locked up in America despite it being only one in twenty-five of the world population. Bye now.

Happily I'm not hypocrital you (another American fleeing the American system but decrying and embracing the "socialism" that looks after me because I'm long term ill after a long productive working life). I have no clue what your American politicians and votes want. They fund terrorism and smuggle arms in my country for half a century and more (UK) and yet they hire the most laughable incompetent of all possible individuals (over generations) with the finger on the button. Your idea of socialism is the extreme. There's a socialism that: Means people don't go bankrupt because they have a minor altercation with a broken leg. Drugs don't cost ten times what they do in Europe because European healthcare providers don't profiteer from people in pain. You're not fucked if you can't work and get a long term illness. This comes from an era where the phrase "behind every great man .. ". It was a truism. The wives supported their husbands to a collective goal, because without her husband she was shamed and had no income, assets or prestige. They did it together. Today the collective goal is get her to have as much cock, pussy, personal money and personal assets as she can. No matter who these cocks, pussy, assets or income belong to in reality. This is enabled by the state giving control to women for their bab…

I don't honestly believe that to be true. I have known scrupulously clean women and deeply messy hoarders. Predicting that wasn't easy. The thing that seems to unite them is that they use a vagina as a passport to an easy life and money. They used to work as a team with their partners; if their partners failed, so disappeared their assets and income. These days, women see the State as their partner and the State only. Men only have use to gain access to State funding and babies. Guess the next s…

You're asking about relationships with women in a sub specifically designated as avoiding those. Would you like to ask a question about horses too? Seriously, many men find MGTOW after being abused in this way and find self worth by avoiding defining themselves by their perceived arm candy. It's a hard road, but easier than being a serial meal ticket.

Absolutely no downside for a thrown false accusation; the only option is not to play. Once government realises that these hoes have nothing to offer, they don't generate anything especially wealth for the economy. Things have to change. Western economies are dying because guys are choosing not to take part in the squalor; check the lean fire subs for guys going to the far east. Oh, can someone please turn off the lights when they leave?

In this country if you are a victim of paternity fraud, you can do fuck all about it. There is absolutely no downside for women to lie about anything and everything. You probably don't like all of your friend's friends right?!
