if y ou are salary then you are only entitled to your salary, regardless of any overtime. if they are making you work a lot of overtime, and you aren't happy with the situation, then bring it up....if its not resolved, then leave. if you're an hourly contractor, then id only bill for over time in excess of an hour or two a week. I wouldn't worry about 30 minutes here and there.
