I joined the gym 2 days ago after 3 months of inactivity. My seasoned gym friends say I should be doing their workout, because if it worked for them, it will work for me. Personally, I don't think its a good idea to go 6 times/week hardcore so soon. However, I've been peer pressured into it. I was thinking about Stronglifts, but my friends use a more bodybuilderish approach of 4x12. I want to get big, then focus on strength after I put on some mass. What do you recommend?

There's the god damn proof in front of Col. Anne Weinberg's two eyes that male soldiers outperform women. It was a measurement, she said, of how well average female Marines were doing today, not how well they could perform under ideal circumstances and with better training. Because your imaginary ideal circumstances and better training means that women's performance will increase and men's performance will stay the same. Go become a Disney movie director, Colonel. That's where ideal situations b…

With feminism on the rise, I doubt that we will see a resurgence of young marriage and gender roles. I would argue for the opposite. Also, if we compare the world to a classroom, there will always be people in the classroom that refuse to unify and work together with the rest.

However, we now have nuclear weapons, so in a modern day nuclear war, the damage that will be inflicted will surpass that of a several historical wars.

I would argue that we're currently inflicting more damage to ourselves than at any point in human history and that might change the future. The threats to the human race used to be diseases, famine, etc... now the human race is a threat to the human race itself. Technology is not the only thing that is changing, a lot of things have changed. Feminism may actually change our whole culture, less traditional families, confused gender roles, etc... are all things that are changing. Arabs also decide…

The role of women is, was and probably always will be irrelevant. You seem to be angry with the fact that men simply do more than women, however, I say that its completely normal. Throughout history men were the backbones of society. They created what we have today. Women played a supportive role, they supported men so that men can keep building and improving the state of the human race. Women also raised children who would continue the FATHER's legacy. Notice how in the past, a male child had m…

Move to Africa or the poor European countries. These third world/second world countries haven't caught up with American culture yet, or not fully at least. Other than that, if you contemplate suicide because of women, perhaps the redpill was not made for you. Further reading might have negative side effects.

I agree. However, I find it strange that self-development is alien to some people or they have no interest in it or what is the matter? At one point you realize that you're a beta nice guy scum and you have to change. Or perhaps some people never realize it? They just live their beta life cluelessly, thinking its normal?

I huge realization after reading this post: As usual on youtube music videos, the most liked comment is a relatively good looking young girl. I have a great laugh reading the replies to her comment, but to be honest I always thought the repliers are middle-school horny teens. They talk about how they will beat others posters up for stealing their true love/dream girl. Then there's fake redpill guys with "you're so beta" comments. Then there's omegas or women with the "I'm so sorry that you're be…
