1	The Red Piller's Guide to Weight Training I joined the gym 2 days ago after 3 months of inactivity. My seasoned gym friends say I should be doing their workout, because if it worked for them, it will work for me. Personally, I don't think its a good idea to go 6 times/week hardcore so soon. However, I've been peer pressured into it. I was thinking about Stronglifts, but my friends use a more bodybuilderish approach of 4x12.
