As a financially needy college student with exceptional academic merit, this is far too common and a contributing factor in keeping me back. Could you imagine the outrage if scholarships had "preference for male"?Wow that's terrible. I can see why people would think "oh you want to give a scholarship only to white males, that's racist!". On first glance, it really does SOUND racist. But if you think about it for 2 more seconds and realize it's acceptable to give scholarhips for literally any other demographics, it just doesn't make any sense how this isn't allowed and all the rest are fine. Really doesn't make any kind of sense. I have a hard time seeing how anybody can justify that giving scholarships t… | /r/MensRights | 15/10/16 01:30 AM
As a financially needy college student with exceptional academic merit, this is far too common and a contributing factor in keeping me back. Could you imagine the outrage if scholarships had "preference for male"?That's interesting. Very interesting. I always thought private scholarships are allowed to give the preference to whoever they want, which is why I, as a white-looking male (though I'm middle eastern) never qualified for the majority of scholarships even though my grades were in the top 1%. But if what you say is true, that's really depressing to me :( You have a source? | /r/MensRights | 14/10/16 08:50 PM

Highest paid actors/actresses - feminists being hypocrites... it seems like all women on my Facebook are falling victims to this mob feminism mentality and aren't even attempting to think on their own or do any research :(Ah looks like I linked the wrong tab, the one for movie actresses. This list is for TV actresses and has the info I was referring to. | /r/MensRights | 26/09/16 01:25 AM

Highest paid actors/actresses - feminists being hypocrites... it seems like all women on my Facebook are falling victims to this mob feminism mentality and aren't even attempting to think on their own or do any research :(I don't understand why you're being so pretentious and rude about this. You can say I didn't provide screenshots or links to the discussion, which would be a fair criticism (and I could fix). But your claim that I'm making things up is completely wrong - if you go to the links I provided with the lists, then my numbers are taken straight from the two Forbes articles. I really don't appreciate being called a liar. Go ahead and go to the #1 slide in both lists and you'll see my numbers. Sofia was … | /r/MensRights | 26/09/16 12:05 AM
Highest paid actors/actresses - feminists being hypocrites... it seems like all women on my Facebook are falling victims to this mob feminism mentality and aren't even attempting to think on their own or do any research :(Excuse me? I would understand if you told me "we do not allow people to upload anecdotal stories that are not backed up with proof", but your wording sounds like you're accusing me of "making things up"? Is that honestly what you're telling me? | /r/MensRights | 25/09/16 06:34 PM
Highest paid actors/actresses - feminists being hypocrites... it seems like all women on my Facebook are falling victims to this mob feminism mentality and aren't even attempting to think on their own or do any research :(There's a HUGE disparity between the two. This "combined" list has very different numbers (The Rock at 65M on your list, while Jim Parsons is #1 with 25M on the other list). Maybe my lists are TV and your is movies? Not sure | /r/MensRights | 25/09/16 06:14 PM

If the State & Society is going to punish underage sex, then PUNISH BOTH. This video shows that girls are pushing for sex too.I know people are going to downvote me for this, but I do think girls at that age are generally more mature than boys at that age. I really do believe that. Also, in judaism girls have bat mitzvahs at 12 and boys at 13, which is when judaism considers you mature enough to be responsible for your own actions, so historically in judaism at least girls were also considered to mature a bit faster than boys. It's not going to be a popular opinion here, but I do think it's true personally. But yes thi… | /r/MensRights | 22/09/16 12:22 AM

Woman spits beer on man's face, for mentioning violence against menIt was not a major topic at all though, I feel like 10 years ago being PC was more of a joke and it didn't actually make young guys' lives too much harder | /r/MensRights | 12/09/16 05:30 AM
Great new OBJECTIVE resource giving lots of stats re: women in Canada (and by comparison, also giving some stats for men). Gives factual numbers for many of our common topics: men receiving harsher sentences, more likely to be homicide victims, equal rates of physical/sexual abuse, and many moreDidn't know about that sub. Done. | /r/MensRights | 12/09/16 12:42 AM

Gives factual numbers for many of our common topics: men receiving harsher sentences, more likely to be homicide victims, equal rates of physical/sexual abuse, and many moreIt's a report by the Stats Canada, apparently they have yearly reports on Women in Canada. I like it because it doesn't have any subjectivity or narration - it's just giving us all the raw numbers (with very little bit of opinions). Looking through the different pages, I find many stats for things that we all know about, and it's great to have such a reputable and updated source for a lot of these things. | 14 | Woman spits beer on man's face, for mentioning violence against menI would not have stayed and calm and collected as him. Good on him. I would be infuriated if someone spat beer on me for saying something innocent AND everybody around me would say that I'm the one who should apologize and tell me I deserved that..... what a good guy | /r/MensRights | 11/09/16 06:43 PM |
Woman spits beer on man's face, for mentioning violence against menI'm starting to think I should be very happy to graduate college 5 years ago, because it really feels like being in undergrad in the past 3 years is just constant bashing of who you are for the only reason of being born.... so glad I was able to go to to school before all this accepted and encouraged racism against me | /r/MensRights | 11/09/16 06:42 PM
The Boy Crisis: A Sobering look at the State of our Boys | Warren Farrell Ph.D. | TEDxMarinWow, what a great talk. I love how real and chill and good-hearted he looks, and everything he says makes so much sense and is so sad. I learned a lot. This was very good. | /r/MensRights | 26/03/16 10:06 AM
Mother Stabs Her Baby 90 Times With Scissors After He Bit Her While Breastfeeding Him!I agree, that was what I thought too. This seems like a random horrific crime, that happened to be carried out by a woman and not a man. I don't think there's a need to post here every story of a woman committing a violent crime, it's not really "men's issues". I'd rather see actual issues | /r/MensRights | 12/03/16 10:50 AM

During a "hazing" ritual, a high school student forcibly has a pool cue inserted into his anus requiring extensive surgery. Investigators into the matter refuse to call it rape.I'm really really glad most people here agree on this and claim the title is bullshit and that this ISN'T rape. When I saw the post and saw the number of comments I was worried that many of us are buying into the whole "everything we dislike is rape" culture. It's nice to see people are logical and can call bullshit when it's deserved | /r/MensRights | 01/03/16 10:18 AM
UPDATE: feminists: Rape is such a terrible crime and stigmatized that no victim would lie about it except adult men. It's official, no justice for male victims. Why are the words "Israeli" "Israel" and "country" in quotes all over? Why not just link to the original article without all this added political bullshit. Is the article's intent to talk about women trying to claim that men can't be victims, or is it to make a statement about Israel not existing :S | /r/MensRights | 28/02/16 04:10 AM
Female teacher, who had sex with 17 year old male, doesn't like be labeled a 'sexual predator'. Suing victim and mother of victim.I actually agree with you... I hate all the bullshit "men are rapists" "men can't be victims" "woman are allowed to hit but not get hit back" and all that stuff. But in this case, anyone who blindly thinks "what a terrible woman" is a bit too blinded by being anti-feminist or whatever you want to call it. I like most stories in this sub, but here, honestly, just apply a bit of common sense. There's no reason to get all worked up about what she did/said. Yeah, it was sketchy and she should be fir… | /r/MensRights | 25/02/16 07:56 AM
